Traditional Farmhouse Cheese
Welcome to the Belton Cheese website. Award winning farmhouse cheese has been made at Belton Farm since the early eighteen hundreds, ceasing only for a short time during the last war. Belton Farm now produces many different varieties of cheese, including the local speciality: Cheshire.
Belton Farm is based in the glorious Shropshire countryside, close to the county of Cheshire. For more information about the history of Belton Farm – click on About Belton.
You can also learn about the cheese making process – click on Cheese Making – as well as viewing our very own label cheeses.
We would welcome any feedback about our website, or if you have any questions about how we make our cheese please go to our Contact Us page. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

‘Royal’ Connection for Red Fox
13th December 2012 |
Belton Cheese’s Red Fox finds its way onto the Royal Navy’s HMS Middleton.
HMS Middleton is a Hunt Class Vessel which has certainly lived up to its name – minehunter. Using high-definition sonar, it hunts the world’s sea-beds for mines and lost explosives, which are then destroyed by the Hunt-class ship’s own clearance diving teams or the Seafox mine-disposal system.
