Red Leicester is a rich, russet coloured cheese with a flaky, slightly open texture and a distinctive mellow flavour. Originally made on small farms in the Midlands, it became very popular with Londoners during the Victorian period, due to its lush colour – which gives it its appeal.Bowland Cheese - A delicious blend of apples, raisins and Belton Farm's Creamy Lancashire coated in cinnamon to form a marvellous dessert cheeseDouble Gloucester has a smooth, buttery texture with a clean, creamy, mellow flavour, traditionally made from milk produced by Old Gloucester cattle. It is usually eaten at between 6 to 12 months of age, and is a rich golden straw colour.Double Gloucester's smooth, buttery texture and clean, creamy, mellow flavour blends extremely well with chives and onion making it an excellent addition to the cheese board.Organic Cheshire cheese is a slightly crumbly and silky textured cheese with a full bodied, fresh, flavour. The special flavour in Cheshire cheese is caused by nearby salt deposits permeating local pasturelands. Cheshire cheese is Britains oldest variety, dating back to before the Romans settled in Cheshire and North Shropshire, when the area was inhabited by the Celts. Our Wensleydale Cheese complemented by the delicate fruitiness of Cranberries, making a superb dessert cheese.
