Lord Mayor of London enjoys Belton’s Shropshire Blue!

Belton Cheese has recently supported The Shropshire Society in London with a small donation towards their float, which took part in the Lord Mayor’s Show held in London. They also presented the new incoming Lord Mayor Alderman Nick Ansteewith their finest Shropshire Blue, which both he and his wife gratefully received.

The Shropshire Society in London was formed in 1899 by the landed gentry of the county and professional people resident in London to foster relationships between the County & London and help young people moving from Shropshire to London.
