International honours for Belton Cheese

The International Cheese Awards held on Tuesday in Nantwich, Cheshire were a spectacular success for Belton Cheese who took the show by storm. Cleaning up with a medal tally of 11 gold’s, 11 silver’s and 7 bronze’s, Belton Cheese was presented with the prestigious Natwest trophy for the highest points score by any competing company.

This year, the awards reached new heights and attracted a record number of entrants. With 2,761 competitors, spanning 24 countries, the rivalry was fierce across the 160 competition classes.

Following the recent wins at the Royal Bath & West Show, the Great Yorkshire and the Cheshire Show, these latest awards cement Belton Cheese’s position as one of the countries top territorial cheese producers.
